1. How long we keep your files

• Face swaps without an account (anonymous): they delete themselves after 24 hours. No one reviews them and we don't retain that material.
• Videos and images from registered accounts: retention of 48 hours, then they are deleted automatically from the server.
• After that period, deletion is automatic and permanent.

2. The face swap runs 100% on our servers

The face swap is processed locally on our own servers. Your photos never leave to external providers or third parties for this feature.

3. AI video and image generation

Video and image generation uses an AI provider (Venice.ai) that operates with a no-retention policy: it does not keep your content. It is only used to produce your result and is not stored there.

4. No one reviews your content

No person on our team reviews, opens or evaluates the content you generate. The whole process is automatic. We only act if we receive a valid content removal (takedown) request.

5. We don't train models with your content

We do not use your photos, videos or images to train, fine-tune or improve AI models. Your content is yours and does not feed any model.

6. Data we store about your account

• Username, Telegram identifier (if you sign in with Telegram) and your password hashed (never in plain text).
• Your history: deposits, credit movements and the jobs you start.
• Technical logs (IP and browser) for security and abuse prevention.

We don't sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

7. How to delete everything

Delete content and history: go to your dashboard and open «My account» → «Delete all my data». It deletes your videos, images and history (not your account or balance).

Delete your whole account: use «My account» → «Delete my account» to anonymize your profile (right to be forgotten).

Request content removal: if you appear in content without your consent, write to abuse@ecosares.com.
