By uploading images you declare and warrant that you have the necessary rights and consent over both images (yours and the target), and that everyone appearing in them is an adult.
The content you generate is your sole responsibility. MediaFree is a neutral technical tool that does not review, approve or endorse user-generated material.
MediaFree reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.
Content removal (takedown): anyone may request the removal of content that represents them without their consent by writing to the contact inbox listed at the end of this page. Valid requests are handled in under 48 hours.
Anonymous results (face swaps without sign up) are deleted automatically after 24 hours; we do not retain that material.
The service is prohibited for minors. Only adults with the legal capacity to accept these terms may use it.
It is prohibited to generate content depicting real people without their explicit consent, including deepfakes that impersonate the identity, voice or likeness of third parties. You are solely responsible for having the rights and consent over anyone appearing in the material you generate.
It is strictly prohibited to use the service to generate illegal content, or content that promotes violence, hate, the exploitation of minors or any activity contrary to law.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for losses arising from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund of balance when the suspension is due to illegal content.
Generated videos are deleted automatically from the server after a retention period determined by the administrator.
If you are a rights holder or appear in content generated on this platform without your consent, you may request its removal by writing to abuse@ecosares.com with: (a) the URL or description of the content, (b) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (c) your contact details. We handle valid reports within a maximum of 48 hours, remove the content and suspend the responsible account.
We also cooperate with the competent authorities when there is a formal order or legal requirement.

By using the service you declare that all material you upload or generate complies with these terms and with the law applicable in your jurisdiction.
